These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website hotelcasablanca.mx and reservations and stays at Hotel Casa Blanca, operated by SERVICIOS TURISTICOS CASA BLANCA (RFC STC011218KR4), located at Av. Álvaro Obregón 312, Col. Centro, 77000, Chetumal, Quintana Roo, Mexico (the "Hotel"). By booking or staying with us, you accept these terms.

1. Reservations

• You can book on this website, by phone, WhatsApp (+52 983 752 5880), email ([email protected]), at the front desk or through travel agencies and booking platforms.
• Your reservation is confirmed once you receive confirmation from the Hotel or from the platform where you booked.
• Reservations made on third-party platforms (for example Booking.com or Expedia) are also subject to that platform's conditions.
• The person making the reservation must be of legal age and provide correct contact details.

2. Rates, taxes and payments

• Rates vary by date, room type, number of guests and availability. The applicable rate is the one shown and confirmed at the time of booking.
• Applicable taxes and fees are shown at the time of booking.
• Prices shown in currencies other than Mexican pesos are for reference only; the final charge may vary due to your bank's exchange rate.
• The Hotel may request a deposit or a card guarantee to confirm the reservation, depending on the selected rate.
• Promotions and discount codes have their own validity and conditions, cannot be combined unless stated otherwise, and are subject to availability.

3. Cancellations, changes and no-shows

• Cancellation and modification conditions depend on the rate and the channel where you booked, and are shown before you confirm your reservation.
• If you do not arrive on your arrival date and have not cancelled (no-show), the Hotel may apply the charge stated in your rate conditions and release the room.
• To cancel or modify, contact us by WhatsApp or email with your reservation number.

4. Check-in and check-out

• Check-in: from 3:00 p.m. Check-out: until 12:00 p.m.
• The front desk is open 24 hours.
• Early check-in: $300 MXN. Late check-out: $500 MXN. Both are subject to availability and must be requested at the front desk, unless included in a promotion.
• A valid official photo ID is required at check-in.

5. Occupancy and minors

• Each room has a maximum occupancy. Only registered guests may stay in the room.
• Minors must stay with a responsible adult.

6. House rules

• Pets are not allowed.
• Smoking is not allowed inside rooms and enclosed areas, in accordance with applicable law.
• Please respect other guests' rest and avoid excessive noise.
• Illegal substances, weapons and hazardous materials are not allowed.
• The Hotel may ask any person who endangers the safety or peace of guests and staff to leave the premises.

7. Damages and personal belongings

• Guests are responsible for any damage or missing items they cause in the room or facilities, which may be charged.
• We recommend not leaving valuables unattended. The Hotel's liability for lost items is limited to what is established by applicable law.
• Lost and found items are kept for a limited time; contact us to recover them.

8. Parking

Parking is free for guests and subject to availability.

9. Invoicing

You can request your electronic invoice (CFDI) with your correct tax information. Invoices are issued in accordance with SAT regulations.

10. Use of the website

• Information, photos and prices on this website are published in good faith and may change without notice. If there is an obvious error in a rate, the Hotel will contact you before applying any charge.
• The content of this website (texts, photos and logos) belongs to the Hotel and may not be used without authorization.
• The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Notice.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of Chetumal, Quintana Roo, without prejudice to your rights under the Federal Consumer Protection Law before PROFECO.
